Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard

  学耗氧量(coD)、生化耗氧量(BOD)、固体溶解量(邓)、重金属、难降解有机物、放射性、粪大肠菌群等的种水污染物的最高允许排放浓度、配套监测分析方法及部分行业最高允许排水t。以本标准实施之日为界划分为两个时间段:1卯7年12月31日前立项的单位,执行第一时间段规定的标准值;l卯8年1月l日起建设的单位,执行第二时间段规定的标准值。每个时间段,根据污水的排放去向将标准分为三级,直接或间接排人(地面水环境质t标准》(GB 3838一198s)m类水域和排人(海水水质标准》(GB3(扮7一1997)二类海域的污水,执行一级标准;直接或间接排人GB3838W、V类水域和排人GB3(为7111、W类海城的污水,执行二级标准;排人设t二级污水处理厂的城镇排水系统的污水,执行三级标准。除造纸工业、船舶及船舶工业、海洋石油开发、纺织染整工业、肉类加工工业、合成氛工业、钢铁工业、航天推进剂使用、兵器工业、碑肥工业、烧碱、聚抓乙烯工业12个行业执行相应的国家、行业水污染物排放标准外,其他一切水污染物的排放均执行本标准。本标准是强制性标准,是排污单位水污染物排放管理,以及建设项目环境影响评价、环境保护设施设计、竣工验收的依据。(马世牵何星海)W口shui劝习陌而ifong Bicozhun《污水综合排放标准)( GBS卯8一1996)(扣势g心犯d怀抽比哪以切r口流触谬S她爪阮心)首次发布于1973年,1988年第l次修订,l侧魏玉年第2次修订。GB 8978一1望拓按照污水的排放去向,分年限规定了化
