筋痿
筋痿 病名。 ①指肝痿。肝主筋，由于肝热内盛，阴血不足，筋膜干枯所致。《素问·痿论》：“肝主身之筋膜……肝气热，则胆泄口苦，筋膜干。筋膜干则筋急而挛，发为筋痿。”治以清热、养肝、补血为大法。选用补血荣筋丸、补阴丸、家秘肝肾丸、紫葳汤等方。参见痿条。 ②指阳痿。《素问·痿论》：“思想无穷，所愿不得，意淫于外，入房太甚，宗筋弛纵，发为阴痿（即阳痿之异名）。”
