By means of SEM and TEM examination,metal dusting behaviors have been investigated in CO+H 2 syngas for GH600 and another Ni-base supperalloy on which a dense oxide scale can generate.
结合SEM、TEM分析 ,研究了GH6 0 0镍基高温合金和一种表面可形成致密氧化膜的镍基高温合金在CO +H2 合成气氛中的金属灰化行为 。

The metal dusting characteristics have been investigated and compared by using SEM examination and EDX analysis for newly developed superalloys containing high chromium and certain amount of silicon, commercial corrosion resistant alloys Inco 800H and In 600, as well as stainless steel 304 exposed in the flowing syngas of CO+H2+H2O at 650 ℃.
利用SEM和EDX研究比较了高铬、硅含量的高温合金,常用耐蚀合金Inco800H和In600以及304不锈钢在650℃、H2+CO合成气氛中的灰化损伤特征,发现高的铬含量和一定的硅含量可使高温合金表面快速形成致密的富铬氧化膜,以阻止石墨丝的形核和焦炭的生长,从而使高温合金在高的碳活度气氛中具有良好的金属灰化抗力。
