Tubercle bacillus
引起人和动物结核病的病原菌。属于分枝杆菌,具有抗酸性,长2~7μm(平均4μm),宽0.5μm,无芽胞、荚膜及鞭毛。在固体培养上生长缓慢。分为人型、牛型、鸟型、鼠型和冷血动物型等多型。人型主要侵害人、猿、猴;牛型侵害人、牛;鸟型、鼠型一般不引起人类疾病。人型菌与牛型菌都有对热不稳定的触酶,在温度68℃经20分钟即可灭活。结核杆菌主要通过呼吸道、消化道和受损的皮肤侵入易感机体而致病。
