【处方】
诃子 (煨)370g 寒水石 (平制)210g 翼首草85g 五灵脂膏178g 土木香 26g 石榴子 26g 木瓜 26g 沉香 19g 丁香 20g 石灰华 13g 红花 6g 肉豆蔻 13g 草豆蔻 13g 草果仁 13g
【制法】
以上十四味，除五灵脂膏外，其余诃子等十三味粉碎成细粉，过筛，混 匀，用五灵脂膏加炼蜜370g及适量的水泛丸，干燥，打光，即得。
【性状】
本品为暗褐色的水蜜丸；气香，味涩、苦、辛。
【检查】
除溶散时限不检查外，其他应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A ）。
【功能与主治】
健脾和胃，止痛止吐，分清泌浊。用于胸腹胀满，胃脘疼痛，消 化不良，呕逆泄泻，小便不利。
【用法与用量】
嚼碎吞服，一次1 丸，一日2～3次。
