红细胞渗透性脆性试验
主要用于测定红细胞膜有无异常,为诊断溶血性贫血的一种试验。在不同浓度的低渗氯化钠溶液中,观察红细胞破裂的现象。正常红细胞在0.42~0.46%的氯化钠溶液中开始溶血。渗透性脆性增加主要见于膜有缺陷的先天性球形红细胞增多症,本症在0.68%或更高浓度的氯化钠溶液中开始溶血,在0.4%或更高浓度完全溶血。渗透性脆性减低见于一些低色素性贫血,如地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血、某些肝硬化及阻塞性黄疸病人。
