The yeast-like symbionts (YLS) were isolated and purified from the fat body of the brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens Stl (BPH) with different virulence reared on various rice resistant varieties.
分离纯化了褐飞虱3种不同致害性种群体内类酵母共生菌(yeast-likesymbionts,YLS),并对其18SrDNA基因序列进行了比较。

The morphology and number of yeast-like symbionts(YLS) in three host-associated populations of Nilaparvata lugens(TN1 population,Mudgo population and ASD7 population) which had been reared on rice varieties TN1(susceptible),Mudgo(harboring resistance gene Bph1) and ASD7(harboring resistance gene bph2) for more than 117 generations,respectively were studied.

| 黑粉病菌类 pathogens causing smut 担子菌亚门黑粉菌目中能引起植物发生黑粉状病征的一类真菌。现已发现的黑粉菌约50个属800多种，中国已知18个属130多种，大多数是植物寄生菌。寄主集中在禾本科、十字花科、毛茛科、百合科等植物，尤以禾本科粮食作物受害严重。在自然条件下，黑粉菌在一定寄主植物上完成其生活史。接近于专性寄生菌，人工培养也能生长，有的也能完成生活史。病株上形成的黑粉是病菌的冬孢子，单细胞呈圆形，暗色，厚壁，表面光滑或具突起，也称厚垣孢子。黑粉菌分布广泛，大多数黑粉菌的初次侵染来源是由种子上附着的和落入土壤中的厚垣孢子，一般无再次侵染，寄主范围也小，比较容易通过种子处理得到控制。 |
