This paper studies the simulated annealing algorithm for topology optimization of truss.

The analysis reveals that the composite truss,which is made of steel bottom chords,steel web members and SRC top chords with concrete floor,could exert merit of each material.

For discussing the stress & strain distribution regularity and the applied force mechanism of gusset up connector in composite truss, the applied force of this kind of connector in composite truss of the overall test are analysed at first in this paper, then the finite element model is estabished, the FORTRAN program is worked out and a series of stress are calculated.
