| 瘢痕疙瘩 keloid 皮肤外伤后由结缔组织增生而形成的良性肿瘤。上胸部多见；隆起形状不规则，两端为蟹足状伸展，又称蟹足肿，自觉痒痛；与体质有关，应避免外伤，及时治疗痤疮、毛囊炎，不宜手术切除，如果切除，术后应配合放射治疗，皮质类固醇局部封闭也有一定效果。 |
