性质:又称原油三级蒸馏。原油首次加工的标准流程。原油首先通过换热器与热油换热,温度升到220~230℃入初馏塔,从塔顶分出部分轻汽油。初馏塔底油通过常压炉加热至350~370℃后进入常压塔,分出汽油、煤油、轻柴油、重柴油等。常压塔底重油经减压炉加热至400~410℃进入减压塔,蒸出催化裂化原料油或各种润滑油馏分。塔底减压渣油可作为氧化沥青、溶剂脱沥青或减黏裂化等各种原料。蒸馏装置通常包括三部分。(1)原油预处理。采用加入化学物质和高压电场联合作用下的电化学法除去原油中混杂的水和盐类。(2)常压蒸馏。原油在加热炉内被加热至370℃左右,送入常压蒸馏塔在常压(大气压力)下蒸馏出沸点较低的汽油和柴油馏分,残油是常压重油。(3)减压蒸馏。常压重油再经加热炉被加热至410℃左右,进入减压蒸馏塔在约8.799kPa绝压下蒸馏,馏出裂化原料的润滑油原料,残油为减压渣油。
