以下介绍三种型式的糖汁加灰（石灰乳）器，供甜菜糖厂和甘蔗糖厂参考。
其特点是，结构简单、效果良好；它给糖业（设备、工艺）设计人员的启示是：先进并不等于复杂，关键是要有科学的思路和丰富的实践经验。
一、转斗式加灰器 。
如图1。
加灰量可通过调节转斗转速和石灰乳溢流板高低进行调整，主加灰器和予加灰器可同时安装在一根轴上，从相反两个方面同时加灰。
二、溢流式加灰器 。
如图2。图中： 1、溢流板 ； 2、加灰流槽 ； 3、石灰乳溢流槽； 4、主、预灰槽 ； 5、石灰乳槽。
通过左右移动(用悬挂滑轮移动)主加灰和预加灰流槽，调节接取石灰乳量，达到调节主、预灰量的目的。
三、管道式加灰器 。
如图3。
主要用于主加灰；当加工量大、糖汁流量大时，为避免加灰不匀，可同时在几个溢流口（喇叭型漏斗）加灰。（星火）
