性质: 当高聚物熔体从小孔、毛细管或狭缝中挤出时挤出物在挤出模口后膨胀使其横截面大于模口横截面的现象。定量上用胀大比来表示。挤出物胀大在聚合物熔体中是常见的,这是由于聚合物熔体在模具内因流动而取向,在流出模口时分子重新蜷曲。挤出物胀大随切变速度增大而增大,在到达最大值后再下降。分子量增大和其他能增加缠结的因素(如长支链的增加)都将使挤出物胀大增大。
