性质:可对模型加热、加压,具有开模合模装置,用于力车胎外胎硫化的机械。力车胎硫化机按驱动方式可分为水压硫化机和电动硫化机两种。水压硫化机有单层、双层和三层,目前应用双层较为普遍,三层主要用于硫化自行车外胎;电动硫化机则多为单层或双层的。水压硫化机的优点是结构简单,制造方便,运动平稳,维修较易,缺点是开合模速度较慢。电动硫化机采用单台传动,开合模速度较快,生产效率较高,缺点是维修量较大,运转有噪声。普通的力车胎硫化机采用风胎硫化,劳动强度较大。力车胎硫化机也可装设采用橡胶隔膜硫化的中心机构,采用隔膜硫化,操作过程简化,劳动强度减轻,硫化时间缩短,缺点是结构复杂,更换隔膜不便,使用范围窄。常用的力车胎硫化机总压力范围为180~400kN。
