By field survey and potted plant test,physiologic and biochemical indexes of grey tobacco leaves and the soils resulting in grey disorder are measured,and the cause and mechanism of grey disorder are discussed.
结果表明,烤烟灰色烟叶发生与植烟土壤pH偏低、根层土壤含水量过高、土壤通透性差有密切关系,而影响灰色烟叶发生和严重程度的直接原因是土壤和烟叶内Fe,Mn等离子含量过高所致。

为豆科植物灰叶的全草。
【植物形态】
灰叶 半灌木,高30~60厘米,基部木质。茎圆柱形,近直立,多分枝,幼枝密被柔毛。叶互生,单数羽状复叶叶,小叶9~17片;小叶狭倒披针形,长约2厘米,宽约0.5厘米,先端钝或略凹入而有小锐尖,侧脉多而密,下面有带光泽的短丝毛;托叶线状锥尖。总状花序顶生或与叶对生;萼齿长于萼管,裂片三角状锥尖;花冠淡紫色,旗瓣外面被丝毛。荚果长5厘米,稍弯曲,秃净或被疏长毛;有种子6~10颗。花期7月。 生于村旁、路边、荒野、河边草丛中。分布广东、广西、云南、福建、台湾等地。 本植物的根(灰叶根)亦供药用,另详专条。
【采集】
全年可采。
【化学成分】
叶含槲皮素葡萄糖甙。
【药理作用】
全草提取物对移植于(腹腔注射)小鼠的Schwartz白血病(腹水型)无抗肿瘤作用。根含鱼藤酮,故可用来毒鱼,但其杀昆虫之效力颇低。
【性味】
广州部队《常用中草药手册》:"微苦,凉。"
【功用主治】
广州部队《常用中草药手册》:"清热消滞。治风热感冒,消化不良,湿疹,皮炎。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,0.5~1两。外用:煎水洗。
