清鲜，翠绿，酥软，香甜，富于地方风味，符合健康要求。
做法：
1）腌雪里蕻清洗干净，用清水浸泡10分钟，挤干水分，切成细碎小丁。鲜蚕豆板洗净沥干水分。
2）大火加热炸锅中的油，烧至七分热，放入腌雪里蕻碎丁，烹炸2分钟至颜色呈鲜亮的深绿色，捞出沥干油。
3）锅内留1汤匙的油，大火烧热后放入鲜蚕豆板煸炒出熟色，倒入高汤，改中火煮10分钟，用锅铲将已经酥软的蚕豆压成泥状。
4）蚕豆泥中再加少许高汤（或罐头鸡汤），拌匀，放入腌雪里蕻，调入白砂糖，改大火煮沸略收汁即可。
特别提醒：
·将鸡精粉调入清水中，也可以作为高汤或罐头鸡汤的替代品。
