CT设备的类型之一。滑环是CT机架内可为X线管连续旋转扫描提供支架和电源，并传递探测器探测的信息的装置。使用滑环装置的CT机称为滑环CT扫描机。滑环CT扫描机的X线管摆脱了电缆的束缚，在完成一个成像层面的旋转扫描后X线管不需反向旋转复位，可连续旋转扫描。与使用电缆为X线管提供电源和传递探测信息的CT设备相比，显著地提高了扫描速度。
