Objective To obtain MRI sectional anatomical data of the proximal portion of the cisternal segment of the trochlear nerve,and to assess the anatomical features and vascular relationships of the trochlear nerve.

Objective:To study the trochlear nerve in the tentorial lateral region and to determine the important clinical anatomical landmarks of these important neurovascular structures to avoid injury of trochlear nerve.
