刮伤
scuffing

guoshang刮伤(seuffing)钢材在轧制和输送过程中,被设备、工具刮出的沟痕状表面缺陷。刮伤的深度不等,可见沟底,常呈直线形,也有的呈曲线形,单条或多条,通长或局部地分布在产品表面上。一般钢材产品允许有局部刮伤,但其深度应符合有关标准规定。 产生刮伤的原因是:(l)导卫板(见导板)加工不良或磨损严重,边缘不圆滑;(2)导卫装呈安装调整不当,对轧件压力过大;(3)热轧区地板、辊道、移钢翻钢设备有尖棱,轧件通过时被刮伤。 产生在管材内表面上,基本上呈直线形的刮伤称直道。直道是自动轧管机乳管时常易出现的缺陷。产主的原因是轧管机顶头表面上有凹凸缺陷,如烧化的金属焊在顶头上、顶头磨损和顶头形状畸变等,轧制时把钢管内表刮伤。在冷拔时短芯棒严重磨损也容易出现冷拔直道缺陷。防止和消除刮伤的办法有:(1)轧钢设备和辅助设备要保持光洁平整;(2)导卫装置安装要适当。 (刘贤才李连诗)
