呼吸功


呼吸运动中克服弹性和非弹性阻力完成肺通气所做的功。在一个呼吸周期中为肺通气而作的总机械功,即是克服弹性阻力的功和克服非弹性阻力的功的总和。通常以单位时间内压力变化和容量变化的乘积来计算。正常人平静呼吸时,呼吸功每分钟在0.3~0.6kg·m范围内,其中用于克服弹性阻力的约占63.3%,用于克服非弹性阻力的占36.7%。劳动或运动时,非弹性阻力增大。呼气也是主动过程,需要消耗能量,呼吸功增大。在病理情况下,不论是由于弹性阻力,还是非弹性阻力的增大,都将使呼吸功加大。
