Methods:60 patients with chronic renal failure were used as researching group,30 health examination were used as the normal control group,to adopt Mikky DC-106 electron iridoscope observing lesion point frequency of occurrenc and lesion degree and color deep or superficial.
方法:选择慢性肾功能不全患者60例作为研究组,选取正常体检者30例作为正常对照组,采用Mikky公司DC-106型电子虹膜镜观察虹膜病变点出现率、病变程度量、颜色深浅量。

| 虹膜睫状体炎 iridocyclitis 葡萄膜前部组织（虹膜和睫状体）的炎症。又称前葡萄膜炎。分急性和慢性。急性者主诉眼痛、羞明、视力减退，见睫状体充血，瞳孔小，房水混浊，角膜后有沉着物，重时可见前房积脓，还可见虹膜后粘连，甚至瞳孔闭锁或瞳孔膜闭，眼压升高时可见虹膜膨隆。慢性者多为肉芽肿性，起病慢，角膜后沉着物多呈羊脂状，病和迁延。本病的治疗应寻找病因，去除病灶，为防止发生虹膜后粘连，应立立即散瞳，激素应以局部应用为主。 |
