Basing on the national and business standard, the automatic measuring method of movement value and return value of DL/DY-20C curent/voltage electromagnetic relay is developed, which has the characteristics of high speed, high automatic degree, high reliability and easy to develop, and by which 1～16 relays of the same type can be deteced at the meantime.
