塞头砖
stopper head

SQit0UZhUQn塞头砖(stopper head)位于塞棒最下端和水口砖呈严密配合的耐火材料质砖。不浇注时它堵住水口保证不漏钢。浇注时提高塞棒,使塞头砖和水口砖产生间隙,钢水从水口流出。控制塞棒的高低,可调节钢水的流出量。塞头砖和棒芯间可用螺纹或销子固定,分别如图中a、b所示。塞头砖可以是勃土质、不烧高铝质及焦油浸溃的不烧高铝质砖。(参见彩图插页第19页)黔:哪 口b 塞头砖的安装形式a一塞头砖以螺纹与塞棒固定;石一塞头砖以销子与塞棒固定 1一棒芯;2一塞棒;3一销子;4一塞头砖 (邢玉录)
