异尖线虫病 anisakiasis 由海生异尖线虫或单纯异尖线虫引起的寄生虫病。成虫寄生在鲸、海豚等海生哺乳动物的胃内形成肿物,成熟后产卵。感染性第3期幼虫寄生在海鱼或鱿鱼体内,人们在进食不熟的带幼虫的海鱼肉后受感染,幼虫钻入胃或小肠粘膜而形成酸性粒细胞性肉芽肿,但不能发育成熟。患者在检查时往往被疑为肿瘤或息肉,胃镜或肠镜活检时发现虫体而确诊。治疗主要是手术切除或用内窥镜取除虫体。 |
