g咧iab服hunhua zhi改刀xing iishu帅njian(Zhongguo)国家标准化指导性技术文件(中国)(nationalteCh苗cal肿deforsteLnds记i以ion)为给仍处于技术发展过程中(如变化快的技术领域)的标准化工作提供指南或信息，供科研、设计、生产、使用和管理等有关人员参考使用而制定的标准文件。与发布的标准有区别。制定国家标准化指导性技术文件，是为与国际标准化组织(150)和国际电工委员会(IEC)发布的技术报告(正幻尹讯、IEC/扭或1501】EC/跟)相对应。在份0、压C的标准文件中，有一种由于技术或其他原因尚不宜制定为国际标准的标准化文件，以技术报告的形式发布。若中国需采用，则不宜转化为国家标准，可转化为国家标准化指导性技术文件;另外，根据中国标准化工作的发展，也需要这样一类标准文件。l卯8年12月汉日，国家质量技术监督局颁布了《国家标准化指导性技术文件管理办法》，其中规定可制定为国家标准化指导性技术文件的项目为:①技术尚在发展中，需要相应的标准文件引导其发展，或具有标准化价值尚不能制定为标准的项目;②采用150、正C及其他国际组织(包括区域性国际组织)技术报告的项目。国家标准化指导性技术文件，由国家质量技术监督局统一管理，制定程序与国家标准相同，参照GBITI系列国家标准的规定编写，代号为GBIZ，发布后三年内必须复审，以决定是否继续有效、转化为国家标准或撤销。 (丈松山)
