International commercial law is a branch of international law.
国际商法是国际法的一个分支学科,一般认为其渊源是国际商事条约和国际商事惯例。

In the system of our present intemational law, international commercial law has no inde-pendence, and it is included in international economic law or private international law.
国际商法在我国目前的国际法学科体系中,仍被包容在国际经济法或者国际私法的学科体系中,没有取得独立地位,从法律部门和法学学科划分理论分析,这种体系是不科学、不合理的。
