利用汽轮机中间抽汽来加热锅炉给水的汽水热交换装置。又称回热加热器。在兰金循环中﹐占工质总热量50%以上的热量在凝汽器中被冷却水带走而造成损失﹐采用给水加热是减少这种损失的有效办法。这种具有给水加热的循环称为回热循环。为使给水回热获得最大效果﹐现代高参数大容量中间再热机组的给水加热级数一般采用7级或8级。
给水加热器包括高﹑低压加热器和除氧器。位于凝汽器和除氧器之间的水侧压力较低的为低压加热器﹐在给水泵之后的水侧压力较高的为高压加热器。给水加热器按汽水传热方式可分为表面式和混合式两种。低压加热器多采用表面式﹐高压加热器均采用表面式。表面式加热器按结构形式分为盘香管式和U型管式两种。U型管式根据进水部位及布置方式分为立式和卧式﹐根据进水管部位又分为正立式和侧立式两种。为了在抽汽压力不变的条件下提高加热器的出水温度﹐大容量中间再热机组的加热器中设有过热蒸汽冷却段和疏水冷却段。
