Combining with concrete project example,the author studies the preparation of silica fume concrete and silica fume fly ash concrete based on experiment,and analyzes and compares their economy,gets the conclusion that the silica fume fly ash concrete has higher collapsed slump than silica fume concrete,and has better project economy and applicability.

硅藻土 diatomite 以蛋白石为主要矿物组分的硅质生物沉积岩。主要由硅藻的遗骸组成。硅藻在生长繁衍的过程中,吸取水中胶态的二氧化硅,形成由蛋白石构成的硅藻壳,而硅藻土即由80%~90%甚至90%以上的硅藻壳组成。此外,含有少量的粘土矿物、铁的氧化物和炭有机质等。硅藻土的外形为块状或页岩状,颜色有白色、灰绿色、暗绿色及蓝灰色等,硅藻含量愈大,杂质愈少,则颜色愈白,质愈轻,其比重一般为0.4~0.9。由于硅藻体具有很多的壳体孔洞,使硅藻土具多孔质构造,孔隙度达90%~92%,吸水性强。硅藻颗粒细小约为0.001~0.5毫米,使硅藻土细腻、润滑。硅藻土不溶于HCl、H2SO4和HNO3,但溶于HF和KOH。由于硅藻土具有很多独特的物化性能,因而在工业上用途较广,它是理想的过滤介质,化工催化剂载体,优质隔热保温材料,陶瓷原料,建筑材料以及塑料、橡胶、油漆、制皂、制药等工业的优质填料。
