光系统(photosystem)
进行光吸收的功能单位称为光系统, 是由叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、脂和蛋白质组成的复合物。每一个光系统含有两个主要成分∶捕光复合物(light -harvesting complex)和光反应中心复合物(reaction-center complex)。光系统中的光吸收色素的功能像是一种天线，将捕获的光能传递给中心的一对叶绿素a,由叶绿素a激发一个电子，并进入光合作用的电子传递链。
