罐罐鸡起源于清代末年,因用笔筒形瓦罐盛鸡蒸制而得名。罐罐鸡的选料、用料、制作工艺很讲究,风味别具一格,颇受四方宾客的赞扬。成为遵义地区的名菜肴,也是宴请客人席中常用的座汤菜。
