Objective To assess the treatment effect of moving cupping therapy on nonspecific low back pain(NLBP); To detect human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) in urine samples from patients of NLBP through cell culture and urine sediment PCR; To explore the changes of HCMV in urine samples from NLBP Patients before and after moving cupping therapy.
