目的：比较不同种类膝关节后稳定假体髁间截骨量和髁间几何形状的不同方法：共50个解剖型股骨锯木骨，使用不同厂家(PFC Sigma，Nex-Gen Legacy，Genesis 2 PS，Innex，Insall-Burstien Ⅱ)的器械进行截骨，使用快速铸模法测量髁间截骨量结果：Genesis 2 PS和Innex在大号假体组截骨量明显少于PFC Sigma，Nex-Gen Legacy和Insall-Burstien Ⅱ具有明显统计学意义；在小号假体组，Genesis 2 PS截骨量为5。

1907年Haglund首先描述此病。1912年Sever提出系跟骨第二骨化中心缺血性坏死。多见于7～10岁男孩。常有近期剧烈运动史。足后跟肿痛、压痛。严重者足跟不敢着地。X线摄片可见跟骨结节骨骺致密，碎裂，外形不规则。本病可自限。急性期少走路及站立，避免奔跑及跳跃，穿软底鞋，垫高鞋后跟。伴有滑囊炎者可理疗或局部注射醋酸可的松类药物。
