性质:又称高铝隔热砖(high-aluminium heat insulating brick)。氧化铝含量在48%以上、主要由莫来石和玻璃相或刚玉共同组成的轻质耐火材料。体积密度0.4~1.35g/cm3。气孔率66%~73%,耐压强度1~8MPa。抗热震性能较好。通常采用高铝矾土熟料加少量黏土,经磨细后用气体发生法或泡沫法以泥浆形式浇注、成形,经1300~1500℃烧成。有时也可用工业氧化铝代替部分矾土熟料。用于砌筑窑炉的内衬和隔热层,以及无强烈高温熔融物料侵蚀及冲刷作用的部位。直接与火焰接触时,表面接触温度不得高于1350℃。
