用以累计流过管道内煤气体积总量的流量测量仪表（图1、2）。表内有两个计量箱，每个箱内装有用浸油薄羊皮或合成橡胶制成的、具有一定容积的皮囊。煤气流过时，皮囊伸缩，因而改变皮囊与计量箱之间的体积，同时改变滑阀位置。当左滑阀右移时,A室进气、B室排气,右滑阀在中间,C和D室停止进排气。A室进气后，左滑阀左移至中间，右滑阀左移,此时D室进气、C室排气,A和B室停止进排气。接着左滑阀再左移，右滑阀右移至中间,此时B室进气,A室排气，C和D室停止进排气。然后左滑阀移至中间，右滑阀右移，此时C室进气,D室排气,A和B室停止进排气。这样，一个循环排出两个计量箱体积的煤气，同时曲柄摆动一次，带动齿轮旋转，齿轮的转动带动计数器。计数器的读数即为排出煤气的体积量。
