Dyer Ball (1847 -1919),this thesis attempts to make a primary discussion of the high-level and high-rising tone sandhi of the Yue dialect one century ago,and analyzes the lexical change and spreading brought about by tone sandhi,which is of great significance to the study of the Yue dialect today.

The middle ancient origins of the high rise tone in the Menggong dialect are:most of the middle ancient"ru"tone characters,most of the"qu"tone characters with initials of"pang,bing,tou,ding,qing,cong",part of the"qu"tone characters with initials of"che,cheng,chuan,chuang,shen,ri,xi,qun,xiao,xia",and few"shang"tone characters.

The author considers that industrial structure adjustment and escalation is pivotal to develop Northeast China vigorously and to achieve the sustainable development, and the goal of industrial structure adjustment is to make it opened, higher, clean and integrated.

According to the requirement of new industrialization, this paper is just based on the theory of industrial structure, the aim of which is to carry on the research of the practical issue—the adjustment and escalation of Hunan province s industrial structure.
