AIM: To construct prokaryotic expression vectors for different domains of hepatocyte growth factor activator inhibitor type 1(HAI-1) gene and express the fusion proteins for further investigation into their biological functions.

肝细胞不典型增生
liver cell dysplasia
肝细胞出现体积及胞核增大、核多形及多核的肝细胞群或形成再生结节的病变。多见于肝硬化、肝硬化伴肝癌、肝炎(尤其是HBsAg阳性者)，也可见于正常肝组织。不典型增生肝细胞体积可增大至正常的2～3倍，有双核或多核，胞核明显增大，染色质深染，核仁大而明显，2～3个。发生率为25%～65%。
