湿性罗音
又称"水泡音"。是由于气管或支气管内有较稀薄的液体，如渗出液、痰液、粘液等，在呼吸时，气体通过液体，形成水泡后，并立即破裂所产生的声音。依支气管径的大小所发生的水泡音不同，分大、中、小水泡音。听诊有以下特点：①出现于吸气时，在吸气终末时增多而清楚，有时也出现于呼气早期；②较恒定，易变性小；③可有中或小水泡音同时存在；④咳嗽后可出现或消失。
