腐植酸 humicacid 自然界存在的、由生物(主要是植物)残骸经微生物分解和复杂化学过程形成的深色、酸性和亲水胶体类有机物。又称腐殖酸、富啡酸或胡敏酸。腐植酸广泛分布在土壤、水域沉积物、泥炭和煤矿等碳质矿藏中,形成过程千差万别,组成和结构也各不相同,迄今看法也不一致。大体上讲,其分子量为102~104,含碳(45%~70%)、氢(2%~6%)、氧(30%~50%)和氮(1%~6%),有时也含硫。分子结构:中间是含芳环的骨架,周围有许多羧基、羟基等官能团和一些氨基酸、氨基糖等残片,而且常有金属离子配位,无光学活性,普遍存在氢键,因此可形成各种超分子结构,一定条件下还能聚集成类似海绵状的结构。腐植酸可通过降解(尤其氧化降解)并甲基化得到可溶于有机溶剂和有挥发性的物质,也可与金属离子或金属水合氧化物络合。 腐植酸是影响自然界生态平衡的重要因素,也是潜在的资源。农业上能提高植物对化肥的利用率,抑止土壤对有效磷的固定,促进根系生长,改变生物膜的透过性,影响酶的活性。农用腐植酸常经硝酸进一步氧化分解。此外也用来制造土壤改良剂、植物生长调节剂和复合肥料。对人和动物有多种生理、药理作用(如消炎、止血、促进愈合等),但也有对健康不利的一面,如它与某些地方病的发病率有一定关系。在工业上腐植酸钠、钾及其他盐类可作钻井泥浆、陶瓷泥浆的改性剂,浮选工艺中可作选择性吸附剂;与纯碱合用能提高锅炉防垢效果;磺化腐植酸钠加入水泥中作分散和减水剂,制成离子交换剂可处理工业废水。 |
