【分保手续费】亦称“分保佣金”。再保险人付给分出公司的报酬。用以分担和补偿分出公司为招揽业务和经营管理所需的费用开支。分保手续费多采用固定佣金率的计算方法，即不论合同业务量大小和质量好坏，分出公司均按分保费的一定比例向再保险人收取分保手续费。这种方法，计算较简单，广为采用。有的分保合同采用累进百分比的计算方法收取分保佣金，即手续费根据赔付率的高低予以调整，其高低与赔付率成反比。累进计算手续费虽公平合理，但计算较复杂。
