性质:简称移峰效应。添加物与主晶相形成固溶体使铁电陶瓷的特性在居里温度处出现的峰值发生移动的现象,称为移峰效应。该添加物称为移峰剂。常用于钙钛矿型铁电体的移峰剂有下列三类:(1)锡酸盐:如锡酸钡BaSnO3、锡酸锶SrSnPO3、锡酸钙CaSnO3、锡酸锌ZnSnO3等;(2)钛酸盐:如:钛酸铅、钛酸锶等;(3)锆酸盐:如锆酸钡BaZrO3,锆酸锶SrZrO3等。利用移峰效应可将铁电陶瓷在居里温度处出现的介电常数的峰值移到室温附近,这有利于制造大容量,小体积的陶瓷电容器。也可利用移峰效应改善陶瓷材料的电容温度系数等。
