This paper presents influence of complex activation and mechanical activation on powder properties as well as physical and chemical performances of Portland fly-ash cement paste.

This paper, aiming at the weak points of the low early strength and the slow setting and hardening of portland fly-ash cement, according to the forming mechanism of cement clinker minerals, cement clinker minerals are choosen, fly ash is used as a substitute of clay as raw materials, early and high strength type cement clinker has heen developed, the amount of alit in the clinker is very high.
