The design of automatic control system for certain factory cold-rolling waste oily water chemical dosing control system is introduced in this paper, the hardware, software and communication network are described in detail.

In China,the traditional feeding process of zinc powder in purification procedure was manual hydrometallurgy field,and a small size fixed quantity feeder to carry out the zinc powder feeding continuously and measurement automatically was used in the Qujing Zinc plant successfully.
