制作：
(1)将蔬菜类洗净沥乾，分别切好备用。
(2)火腿、起司切片，大小不要大过饼乾的宽度即可。
(3)咸饼乾分成3组，每组4片。
(4)将第1组的饼乾平放，面朝上，放入火腿片、沙拉酱、1/2大匙甜酒鹅肝酱，上面再插上1小片蕃茄或者1片小黄瓜片，即完成。
(5)将第2组的饼乾平放，面朝上，依序放入起司片、再摆上3片小黄瓜片，中间可重叠、1/2大匙甜酒鹅肝酱，沙拉少许，上面放樱桃粒即完成。
(6)将第3组3组饼乾摆放到盘中即可食用。
饼乾上的材料，也可自行创意。
