The solvent dewaxing and deoiling test for the production of the microcrystalline wax with MIBK-MEK solvents is studied,involving all kinds of process conditions.
以甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)和甲乙酮(MEK)为溶剂脱蜡脱油进行生产微晶蜡的试验研究,对溶剂脱蜡脱油过程的各种工艺条件进行考察,结果表明,与采用常规溶剂过程相比,其过滤速度和微晶蜡产品的收率都得到提高,而且微晶蜡的含油量达到小于1%的食品级微晶蜡的标准要求。

With the studies of the influence factors of the critical solution temperature of dewaxing oil in extraction solvent and the correlation between the physicochemical properties of the dewaxing oil and the critical solution temperature,a correlation between the saturated hydrocarbon content of dewaxing oil and the critical solution temperature is set up and verified.

The test result showed that,the hydrocracked tail oil can be used to produce the premium dewaxing oil and oily wax with ketone-benzol dewaxing technolog.
试验结果表明:经适当的工艺调整,加氢裂化尾油可以通过酮苯脱蜡得到质量较好的脱蜡油和含油蜡,脱蜡油可作为润滑油基础油的优良调合组分;加氢裂化尾油脱蜡过滤速度较慢,可采用脱蜡助剂并可适当提高过滤温度来提高过滤速度;减二线馏分油中掺合一定比例的加氢裂化尾油,可提高脱蜡油的收率和粘度指数、旋转氧弹等,改善含油蜡的质量。
