| 芽生菌病 blastomycosis 由皮炎芽生菌引起的肺、皮肤、骨骼等的真菌感染。又称北美芽生菌病。其他地区也有报告。常从呼吸道传入，吸入孢子可发生感染。通常是肺部和皮肤感染两种类型。少数可通过血行播散至全身致死。临床分4型。①原发性肺芽生菌病。可引起肺泡炎，有干咳、胸痛、低热、呼吸障碍等。多数自愈，少数转为播散。②慢性皮肤骨骼芽生菌病。20％～50％有骨损害，预后较好。③系统性芽生菌病。血行播散至全身，有发热、消瘦、乏力等。④接种性芽生菌病。可自愈。治疗可用二性霉素B、丽康唑，伊康唑、氟康唑等。 |
