In accordance with the National Hazardous Wastes Catalogue, waste mineral oil includes waste engine oil used diesel oil waste gasoline waste crude oils waste hydraulic oil waste vacuum pump oil waste heat treatment oil waste camphor oil and some other mineral oil-based lubricants which loss of the original function of the oil.
根据《国家危险废物名录》的规定,废矿物油(以下简称废油)是指废机油、废柴油、废汽油、废原油、废真空泵油、废液压油、废热处理油、废樟脑油等以矿物油为基础的各类润滑油失去原来功能而报废的油类,属于毒性物质,在《国家危险废物名录》中编号为HW08。

In comparison of foreign and domestic design methods for treatment of waste mineral oil,it is found that at present the majority of processes cannot satisfy relevant energy saving and environmental requirements.
对国内外几种废矿物油处置工艺进行了分析比较,发现大部分工艺较难达到节能环保的要求,介绍一种应用广泛、成熟可靠、环保节能的新型废矿物油再生技术——震动膜废油处理工艺,该技术已在香港地区得到广泛使用,具有良好的应用前景。
