| 汽车排气净化 automobile exhaust gas,purification of 减少汽车排气中有害组分排放量的技术措施。汽车排气对大气造成污染的主要是碳氢化合物(HC)、一氧化碳(CO)、氮氧化物(NOx）和铅化物。汽车排气净化包括燃料处理、机内净化和机外净化3类。燃料处理包括汽油无铅化，以减少尾气中铅化物的排放；发展代用燃料(如甲醇)，在解决能源问题、改善发动机热效率的同时，减少汽车尾气中碳氢化合物和氮氧化合物的排放。机内净化即低污染发动机设计。可归纳为降低燃烧室表面积／容积比、降低压缩比、缩小激冷区和加强涡流等燃烧系统改进措施，延迟点火提前角和高能点火等点火系统改进措施，自动恒温进气、改进化油器和改进配气相位等供给系措施。通常层状给气和废气再循环也属机内净化。机外净化即采用后处理装置，将排气中的一氧化碳和碳氢化合物氧化为二氧化碳和水，将氮氧化合物还原为氮气。广泛采用催化反应器，包括催化氧化、催化氧化-还原和三元催化净化等多种类型，其技术关键是选择催化剂。汽车排出的废气浓度、流量和温度均随其运转状态变化，要求催化剂具有优良的活性、热稳定性和抗毒性。催化剂正向微量贵金属的多组分发展。
