The research has been made on several agronomy characters of sister lines and sister crosses S 1 produced by self-breeding from a single plant of each of four materials as well as the characters of single crosses and modified single crosses composed of crossing sister lines and sister crosses with male parents.

Objective To study the mutagenic action of antiepileptic drugs(AEDs), and find an effective way to prevent the mutagenesis induced by AEDs,by observing the effects of AEDs on serum folic acid(FA) level and sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency in epileptic children.

Objective: By observing the effects of antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) on serum folic acid (FA) level and sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency in epileptic children, we study the mutagenesis effect of AEDs, and lood for effective way to prevent chromosome damage or mutagenesis induced by carbamazepine (CBZ) and valproic acid (VPA).
目的:通过检测外周血淋巴细胞姊妹染色体交换(sister chromatid exchange, SCE)频率及血清叶酸(folic acid, FA)水平,来研究抗癫痫药物(antiepileptic drugs, AEDs)对机体的诱变作用及其对FA代谢的影响,并寻求抗诱变作用的途径。
