性质:测定医用高分子材料浸出液中还原物含量的方法,将医用高分子材料的浸出液20ml置于清洁锥瓶内,加硫酸5ml,准确加入高锰酸钾液(0.002mol/L)l0ml煮沸5min,立即加入草酸钠液(0.002mol/L)15ml,脱色后趁热用高锰酸钾(0.002mol/L)滴至微红色,取20ml对照液,按同法试验,二者所消耗的高锰酸钾溶液之差应小于6.5ml,方符合医用要求。
