dianci Jiliang电磁计t(elec尔犯网，etlc InetIDI卿)对电磁t进行准确侧t，并保证其量值统一的活动。是计全学的一个分支。电磁计量所涉及的专业范围包括直流和1 Mll乞以下交流的阻抗和电量，精密交直流测量仪器仪表，模数/数模转换技术，磁学量、磁性材料和磁记录材料，磁测t仪器仪表，以及量子计量等。主要内容是:研究电磁物理量的测量方法，建立上述范围内的电磁t的基准和各种精密的或在国民经济中广泛使用的电磁测t仪器仪表、量具及参数的检定测试标准，进行t值传递和统一工作。 电磁计t产生于各种电磁现象的发现过程之中，同时又促进了各种电磁现象的发现进程。人们通过电磁计t所给出的量的概念，确定了各种电磁现象的原理、定律，以及以一些电磁量定义与另一些电磁量的相互关系。电磁计l所采用的测量方法一般具有较高的准确度和灵敏度，能够实现连续测量，便于记录和进行数据处理，并可以实现离开被测对象一定距离之外的远距离测量。在长度、热学等其他计量领域中，也经常将各种非电磁量经过相应变换器变换成电磁量进行测t，这充分表明了电磁计量技术的重要性。 (陆祖良)
