ehengshld一onehe yongd一on城市电车用电(electrieity eonsumption fortrolleybus)城市电车包括有机电牟和城市无执电车，是大中城市市政公用设施的重要组成部分，具有运t大、速度快、运行费用低、不消耗贵重燃料的特点。城市人口密集，流动频繁，解决市内交通有多种方式。城市电车一次投资比地下铁道小，比公共汽车大;运行费用则与上述相反;对大气无污染;但有轨电车噪声大且影响市区道路交通，并对地下管线产生电化学腐蚀。由于各种交通工具各具特色，因此多为几种交通工具并用，除小城镇全部用公共汽车外，大、中城市多以公共汽车、电车并用，现代化大城市以地下铁道为市内交通骨干，以公共汽车、电车为辅助。 1879年世界上第一条城市电车在德国投人运行。城市电车以直流电动机驱动，由城市电网通过地区换流站架设500~600V专用直流线路向城市电车供电。早期换流站以交流电动机拖动直流发电机供电，近期多以晶闸管整流器供电，因而对电力系统造成谐波污染，需要加以防治(见整流器谙波)。 由于市内交通与城市经济、文化生活息息相关，城市电车一旦中断供电将造成城市秩序严重混乱，应按一级负荷(见用电负荷级别)安排供电。又由于城市后夜客流量少，一般后夜电车停止开动，故城市电车用电负荷率较低，高峰负荷主要集中在上、下班时间，行车耗电0.85一1.25 kw·h/(车·km)，采用晶闸管斩波调速(见析波控制直流调速)可节约电能。
